摘要
随着现代企业制度的建立和完善,企业思想政治工作不仅面临了诸多挑战,其本身也存在诸多问题。创新现代企业管理模式下国有企业思想政治工作必须从问题入手,直面挑战,明确企业思想政治工作的重要性,加强队伍建设和方法方式的创新。同时切实围绕企业的经营和发展这个中心,创新国有企业思想政治工作新机制,让企业思想政治工作在新形势下重新焕发生机。
With the establishment and improvement of the modern enterprise system, ideological and political work is greatly challenged and found many problems as well. In the mode of modem enterprise management, ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises needs to face its problems and challenges, make clear the importance of political work in enterprises and strengthen innovation of team construction and working methods. Meanwhile, it＇s supposed to innovate the political work system, centering around the running and development of the enterprise, so as to make it full of vigor again in the new situation.
