摘要
目的:研究中学教师心理资本对工作满意度与职业倦怠关系的中介作用。方法:被试来自湖南省的部分中学,共368名教师完成了调查问卷。结果:1工作满意度与职业倦怠存在显著负相关(r=-0.258,P<0.01);任务、人际心理资本与职业倦怠显著负相关(r=-0.396,-0.368;P<0.01);2任务心理资本、人际心理资本分别在工作满意度与情绪衰竭、少成就感之间起部分中介作用;3任务心理资本、人际心理资本的特定中介作用分别占总间接效应的56.59%和43.41%。结论:中学教师心理资本在其工作满意度与职业倦怠的关系中起部分中介作用。
Objective: To study the relationship between job satisfaction and occupation burnout and test the mediating effects of psychological capital in middle school teachers. Methods: 368 teachers from Hunan' middle schools completed questionnaire survey. Results: ①Job satisfaction was negatively related with job burnout( r =-0. 258,P〈0. 01); task- oriented psychological capital and interpersonal- oriented psychological capital were negatively related with job burnout( r =-0. 396,-0. 368; P〈0. 01). ②The task- oriented psychological capital,interpersonal- oriented psychological capital partially mediated the relationship between job satisfaction and emotional exhaustion,reduced personal accomplishment. ③Mediating role of task- oriented psychological capital was 56. 59% of the total indirect effects; mediating role of interpersonal psychological capital was 43. 41% of the total indirect effects. Conclusion: Teachers' psychological capital partially mediates the relationship between job satisfaction and job burnout.
