摘要
目的了解患者对医院药学服务的认知状况,为医院开展药学服务提供参考。方法选取医院住院及门诊的患者为调查对象,利用问卷调查表进行现场调查,并统计分析调研结果,评价药学服务的现状。结果患者对药师的认知较模糊,对药学服务不够了解,希望医疗机构能提供用药指导与咨询,迫切需要以医院药学工作者为主体的药学服务。结论药师应树立"以患者为中心"的观念,加强与患者的沟通,指导患者合理用药,确保患者合法权益,不断提高专业水平。
Objective To understand tbe patients′ cognitive status on tbe bospital pbarmacy care to provide references for bospital to carry out tbe pbarmacy care. Methods Tbe inpatients and outpatients were selected as tbe survey respondents. Tbe questionnaire was adopted to conduct tbe on-site investigation. Tbe survey results were statistically analyzed and tbe current status of pbarmaceutical care was evaluated. Results Tbe patients bad relatively fuzzy cognition on tbe pbarmacist and did not understand tbe pbarmacy care. Tbus, tbey boped tbe medical institutions could provide tbe medication guidance and counseling,and urgently needed tbe pbarmaceutical ser-vices witb tbe bospital pbarmacy workers as tbe main body. Conclusion Pbarmacists sbould set up tbe“patient-centered”concept, strengtben tbe communication witb patients,guide rational drug use of patients,ensure tbe legitimate rigbts of patients,and constantly improve tbe professional level.
