摘要
目的按照YBB00042005《注射液用卤化丁基橡胶塞》的分析方法处理,分析相应的胶塞样品。方法应用JJF 1059的测量不确定度评定与表示的要求,建立其测量不确定度的数学模型,分析不确定度来源,建立丁基胶塞p H变化值测量不确定度的分析方法。结果得出不确定度报告U=0.20±0.04,k=2。结论该不确定度评定方法有实用价值。
Objective To analyze tbe balogenations butyl rubber plug for injection in accordance witb tbe YBB00042005 stan-dard. Methods Applying tbe JJF 1059 ″Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement″,tbe matbematical models were devel-oped for uncertainty evaluation for determination,tbe source of uncertainty was analyzed,and tbe evaluation metbod of uncertainty mea-surement of tbe pH variation in balogenations butyl rubber plug was establisbed. Results Tbe uncertainty report was：U=0. 20 ± 0. 04, k=2. Conclusion Tbis evaluation metbod bas a bigb practical value.
