摘要
乡村旅游景区生态文明建设,对于推进乡村旅游景区绿色发展,建设美丽乡村,实现新型农业现代化和新型城镇化具有重要意义。对绿色发展内涵与本质进行了探讨,并运用层次分析法,通过Matlab软件构建了乡村旅游景区绿色发展评价指标体系,阐述了乡村旅游景区绿色发展指数概念及绿色发展水平等级划分。运用其评价指标体系和计算公式对河南洛阳栾川重渡沟风景区绿色发展水平进行定量分析,得出了其处于接近绿色发展的水平,并提出了绿色发展水平提升策略建议。
To strengthen the ecological civilization development and green development in the rural tourism spot can be important and useful for the development of beautififl countryside, new agriculture modernization, new city or town. This paper study the concept of green development, and constructs green development appraisal index system of rural tourism spot by using the Matlab software and Analytical Hierarchy Process, and based on this, this pa- per introduces this new concept of green development index of rural tourism spot, sets up calculating model and rating of green development index of rural tourism spot. And then, makes an analysis on the green development of Chongdugou scenic spot, Luoyang; the conclusion is that Chongdugou scenic spot is close to green development level. At last some tactics of improving its green development level are given.
