摘要
目前,当GIS断路器单台停电时,由于其两侧相邻的断路器或母线带电运行,该断路器断口并联电容的整体介损tanδ是无法测量的。文中分析了单台断路器停电时断路器断口并联电容整体介损测量的难点,提出了"先接后断"防止高电压、确保安全的方法和采用"形成中性点"消除耦合高压和强电场干扰的技术措施。经试验验证,说明此方法安全可行、实用便捷,具有推广价值。
When outage of a GIS breaker happens, the whole dielectric loss of the parallel capacitor between the circuit breaker contacts cannot be measured because its adjacent circuit breakers at both sides or the busbar still operate with electricity. In this paper, the difficulties in measurement of whole dielectric loss of parallel capacitor between contacts of a GIS circuit breaker in outage state are analyzed. A method of "connecting before break"to prevent high voltage and ensure safety and "forming neutral point"to eliminate coupling high voltage and strong electric field interference is proposed. Test results verify that this method is safe, applicable and convenient.
