摘要
目的研究优质护理在直肠癌患者PICC置管中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的直肠癌患者80例,分为研究组和对照组患者各40例,研究组进行优质护理,对照组患者进行常规临床护理,比较两组患者对护理的满意度和并发症情况。结果研究组患者的护理满意度高于对照组患者,并发症少于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论在直肠癌患者PICC置管中进行优质护理能够提升患者对于护理的满意度,减少并发症出现,改善患者的预后,有着积极的临床护理意义。
ObjectiveTo study the effect of high quality nursing in the application of PICC in the patients with rectal cancer.MethodsA total of 80 cases of patients with rectal cancer treated in our hospital,divided into study group and control group with 40 cases in each group. The study group of high quality nursing,the patients of control group were treated with routine clinical care,compared two groups of patients for nursing satisfaction and complications. ResultsThe nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the complication was less than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion In rectal cancer patients with peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC）of high quality nursing can improve patients satisfaction with nursing care,reduce the complications,improve the prognosis of patients with clinical nursing significance.
