摘要
目的：观察电子支气管镜对大咯血中的应用效果。方法选择2012年4月～2013年12月我院收治的70例大咯血患者作为研究对象，根据不同治疗方法，把70例患者分成对照组与观察组，对照组给予常规止血治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上经电子支气管镜下以止血药治疗。结果观察组总有效率94.3%，对照组总有效率71.4%，观察组临床治疗效果高于对照组，两组对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论应用电子支气管镜对大咯血的抢救和治疗具有重要作用，操作简单，止血迅速，安全可靠。
Objective To observe the effect of electronic bronchoscopy in the application of massive hemoptysis.Methods Chose 79 cases of massive hemoptysis patients as the research object from April 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital,according to the different treatment methods,the 70 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,control group was given the routine hemostatic treatment were observed group on the basis of conventional treatment by electronic bronchoscope in treatment of hemostatic drugs.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 94.3%,the total effective rate was 71.4% in the control group,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈 0.05）.ConclusionThe application of electronic bronchoscopy in the treatment of massive hemoptysis has an important role,simple operation,rapid hemostasis,safe and reliable.
