摘要
就业指导课程是民办高校课程改革的重要组成部分,本文通过对民办高校就业指导课程开设的必要性及现状进行分析,提出就业指导课程体系改革的具体思路,以改进就业指导课程教学效果及提高大学生就业竞争能力。
The employment guidance course is an important part of private colleges curriculum reform.Through the analysis of the necessity of employment guidance course in private colleges and the present situation,this article presents specific ideas of the reform of the system of employment guidance course,in order to improve the teaching effect of the employment guidance course and to enhance college students＇employment competitiveness.
