第三方物流是现代物流发展的主流模式。面向第三方物流企业的物流人才培养是一个涉及多个部门的系统工程,应进一步明确物流人才培养目标,完善物流学科体系和专业人才培养体系,建立物流人才培养投入新机制和完善在职人员培训体系。
