摘要
提出了基于故障树分析、融合电气图查询等经典手段的通用机床电控故障诊断专家系统方法,设计了可视化、可扩展与可完善的自动诊断系统。结果表明:该系统实现了维修方法及维修记录的智能化、数字化和系统化及通用机床电控系统的简化维修、节约维修和高效维修。
The technique on fault diagnosis expert system for electrical control systems in general lathes was proposed, which is based on augmented FTA and fusing the classic techniques of electric diagram inquired et al. The automatic diagnosis system was designed that could be visualized, expanded and perfected. The results show that it can realize the intelligent, digital and systematic of the maintenance method and maintenance record, the simplified maintenance, saving maintenance and high efficiency of the electronic control system for general machine tools.
