摘要
建立了陶瓷砖压机缸动式顶出机构的非对称阀控制非对称缸的动力机构的压力特性、速度特性、传递函数等动静态数学模型;分析了摩擦力对顶出机构压力和速度特性的影响,以及顶出机构的稳定性。利用基于AMESim建立的仿真模型和恒力泰提供的实验数据,对动静态数学模型进行了仿真和实验验证,验证了所建模型的准确性。
Ceramic tile press ejector adopts a cylinder driven type hydraulic actuator with an asymmetric servo valve controlling an asymmetric cylinder. The static and dynamic mathematical model of pressure characteristics, speed characteristics and transfer function were built. The friction affection on the ejector's pressure and velocity characteristics was analyzed. Analysis of the ejector's stability was finished. Using the simulation model built by use of AMESim and experimental data provided by HENGLITAI, the static and dynamic mathematical model was proved to be correct by comparing the simulation result and experiment result.
