摘要 合成氨高温高压管道在设计时要合理选材、合理配管。借助应力分析软件分析管道应力、设备管口受力是否安全。根据具体实例应用CAESARII管道应力分析软件,对合成氨高温高压管道进行应力分析。 Material selection and piping must be reasonable when high-temperature high-pressure pipelines in ammonia synthesis section were designed. Stress analysis software was used to make sure the stress of piping and the force of equipment nozzle are safe. The content of the piping stress analysis was introduced. CAESARII was used to calculate a high-temperature high-pressure pipeline. The step methods of stress analysis were introduced here.
