摘要
以泰州市紫光水业污水处理厂初沉池出水和曝气池的活性污泥制作了1500、2000、2500、3000、4000mg/L污泥浓度的污泥混合液,探讨了停留时间、泥龄、pH值对生活污水脱氮除磷的影响。利用不同污泥负荷时在4.6、8、12、24、36h停留时间进行分析,发现整体趋势为在0~8h这个时段内污染物含量迅速下降,在8—36h这个时段内比较平缓,波动不是很大;泥龄第一天时COD去除的效果最好;第2、3天基本保持不变;第4、5天会有上升,之后一直有微弱处理,而对TN、TP和NH3-N,一般泥龄控制在10d以下,能较好脱氮,也能除去一定量的磷;pH值在中性和微碱性条件下脱氮除磷效果较好。
The purple water industry in Taizhou city sewage treatment plant at the beginning of the activated sludge effluent and an aeration tank made of sludge mixed liquor 1500,2000,2500,3000,4000mg/L sludge concentration, effects of retention time, sludge age and pH value affect the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus in wastewater. The use of different sludge load at 4,6,8,12,24,36h analysis of residence time, found that the overall trend in 0-8h this period pollutant content decreased rapidly,in the 8-36h period is gentle, volatility is not great; the best, the removal of COD one day when the effect of sludge age of second days, third days remain unchanged, fourth, rises 5 days after treatment, has been weak, while the TN, TP and NH3-N, the general SRT is controlled below 10 days, can better nitrogen removal, can also remove a certain amount of phosphorus; pH value in neutral and slightly alkaline conditions the removal effect of nitrogen and phosphorus is good.
