摘要
目的:观察百合六磨汤治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取消化性溃疡患者192例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各96例。对照组给予奥美拉唑胶囊、丙谷胺片、庆大霉素普鲁卡因维B12颗粒、盐酸依托必利片口服治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用百合六磨汤治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为96.88%,对照组有效率为73.96%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:百合六磨汤治疗消化性溃疡临床疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Baihe Liumo Decoction （BHLMD） on peptic ulcer. Methods： One hundred and ninety-two patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 96 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with omeprazole capsules, proglumide tablets, gentamicin pro- caine hydruchloride and vitamin B12 particle and itopride hydrochloride tablets, while the ones in the treatment group were added BHLMD on the basic treatment of the control group. Results ： The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.88%, while that of the control group was 73.96% ; And the treatment group was much better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： BHLMD has remarkable clinical curative effect on peptic ulcer.
