摘要
目的:观察电针华佗夹脊穴治疗慢性腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法:将80例慢性腰肌劳损患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组给予电针华佗夹脊穴治疗,对照组给予电针双侧肾俞、大肠俞、关元俞治疗。结果:观察组有效率为97.5%,对照组有效率90.0%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.029,P<0.05);两组治疗后ODI、VAS评分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.01),且观察组ODI、VAS评分下降程度显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:电针华佗夹脊穴治疗慢性腰肌劳损疗效显著,取穴精简,副作用小,操作方便。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of electro-acupuncture on huatuo Jiaji point （EX-B2） on chronic lumbar muscle strain. Methods： Eighty patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the observation group were given electro-acupuncture on huatuo Jiaji point, while the ones in the control group were given electro-acupuncture on Shenshu（ BL 23 ）, Dachangshu （ BL 25 ） and Guanyuanshu（ BL 26） on both sides of the body. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 97.5% , while that of the control group was 90.0% ; And the differences between them had statistical significance （ χ2 = 4. 029, P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, OD1 level and VAS level of both groups decreased obviously （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; And the decreased degree of the observation group was much better than those of the coutroi group （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Electro-acupuncture on huatun Jiaji point has re- markable clinical curative effect on chronic lumbar muscle strain with exact points, few side-effects and simple operation.
