通督益阳散治疗腰椎间盘突出伴神经根病变546例 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察通督益阳散治疗腰椎间盘突出伴神经根病变的临床疗效。方法:将1092例腰椎间盘突出伴神经根病变患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各546例,对照组采用推拿、牵引、理疗、药物等对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予通督益阳散治疗,每天2次,两组均以4周为1个疗程。结果:对照组有效率为85.3%,治疗组有效率为94.9%,两组有效率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:通督益阳散治疗腰椎间盘突出伴神经根病变疗效显著。 Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Tongdu Yiyang Powder (TDYYP) on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc combined with radiculopathy. Methods : One thousand and ninety-two patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc combined with radiculopathy were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 546 cases in each group. The ones in the contrnl group were given symptomatic treatment including massage, traction, physical therapy and drugs, etc. , while the ones in the treatment group were added TDYYP on the basic treatment of the control group, 2 times each day. Both groups regarded 4 weeks as a course. Results: The effective rate of the control group was 85.3%, while that of the treatment group was 94.9% ; And the difference between them had significance (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: TDYYP has remarkable clinical curative effect on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc combined with radiculopathy.
