摘要
目的:观察柴胡桂枝连翘汤治疗流行性感冒的临床效果及其安全性。方法:选取流行性感冒患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组给予柴胡桂枝连翘汤加减治疗,对照组给予清开灵口服液治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为80.00%,对照组有效率为55.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为3.33%,对照组不良反应发生率为10%,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡桂枝连翘汤治疗流行性感冒疗效显著。
Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of Decoction of Bupleuri and Ramuli Cinnamomi and Forsythiae on influenza. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with influenza were divided into the treatment group and the con- trol group according to random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were treated with Modified Decoction of Bupleuri and Ramuli Cinnamomi and Forsythiae for oral administration, while the ones in the control group were given Qingkailing Oral Solution. Results ： The effective rate of the treatment group was 80.00% , which was better than that （55.00%） of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The occurrence rate of the adverse reactions of the treatment group was 3.33% , while that of the control group was 10% ; The difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Decoction of Bupleuri and Ramuli Cinnamomi and Forsythiae has remarkable clinical curative effect on influenza.
