摘要
目的:观察四逆散治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将116例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各58例。对照组服用多潘立酮片,治疗组服用四逆散加味。结果:治疗组有效率为89.66%,对照组有效率为77.59%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四逆散治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良疗效满意。
Ohjective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Powder for Regulating Liver and Spleen on functional dyspepsia. Methods：One hundred and sixteen patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 58 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given domperidone tablets for oral administration, while tire one,s in the treatment group were given modified Powder tbr Regulating Liver and Spleen for oral administration. Results ： The effective rate of the treatment group was 89.66% ,while that of the control group was 77.59% ：And the difference between them had statistical meaning （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Powder for Regulating Liver and Spleen has satisfactmT clinical curative effect on functional dyspepsia.
