摘要
首先介绍了机动通信的发展历程、人员装备情况,然后结合不同应用场景给出了多种不同的应急通信组网方案,对机动通信未来发展提出了展望,为更好地开展应急通信保障工作提供一些借鉴。
Development process, personnel and equipment of emergency communications were introduced. Then, different emergency networking schemes were presented according to different application scenarios. Finally, the future development of emergency communications was looked forward to provide some references to deploy emergency communications.
