摘要
肾病综合征(nephrotie syndrome,NS)是临床的常见疾病,具有难治、容易复发等特点。目前中医和西医治疗分别存在各自的优势与不足,而中西医结合治疗此病则有独特的优势和确切的疗效。文章对近十余年肾病综合征在足量激素治疗阶段、减量治疗阶段以及小剂量维持治疗阶段中药辨证论治现状进行归纳与思考。
Nephrotie syndrome is a clinical common disease with the characteristics, such as difficult treatment and easy recurrence. There are respective advance and deficiency in the treatment by Chinese medicine or Western medicine. However, There is unique superiority and true effect in the treatment of Nephrotie syndrome by intgrated Chinese and western medicine. In this paper, the The current situation are summarized and reflected about the discriminated Chinese medicne on the Nephrotie syndrome treatment in the full dose of glucocorticoids stage, reduction dose ofglucocorticoids stage and maintain.
