摘要
急性期蛋白(APPs)是一类在一般情况下浓度较低,急性期反应(APR)时浓度急剧升高或下降的主要由肝脏合成的蛋白。不同的APPs在不同动物体内的浓度升高倍数不同,导致不同动物的主要APPs不同。常见的主要APPs包括C-反应蛋白(CRP)、触珠蛋白(Hp)、血清淀粉样A蛋白(SAA)、α1-酸性糖蛋白(AGP)、微管结合蛋白(MAP)等。文章对采用APPs作为一种新的检测方法用于实际生产中某些疾病的防控与诊断,以及动物体日常健康情况监察的研究进行了综述。
Acute phase proteins (APPs) are a class of proteins mainly synthesized by the liver. The concentrations of APPs are very low under normal circumstances, while the concentration of APPs dramatically increased or decreased during the acute phase response (APR). The in- creasing multiples of APPs concentrations are different in the bodies of different animals, resulting in different major APPs in different animals. The common major APPs include C -reactive protein (CRP), haptoglobin (Hp), serum amyloid A protein (SAA), ~tl - acid glycoprotein (AGP), microtubule binding protein (MAP), and so on. This paper reviews the study on the use of APPs as a new detection method for the diagnosis, prevention and control of some diseases in the actual production, as well as daily animal health surveillance.
