摘要
为了解决浮选精煤水分偏高问题,采用自制实验室加压过滤脱水系统对浮选精煤进行絮凝脱水试验,考察了絮凝剂用量、絮凝剂与煤浆混合时的剪切速度和剪切时间等因素对脱水效果的影响。结果表明:絮凝剂用量存在一个最佳值,在最佳药剂用量时滤饼水分最低;快速、慢速分阶段剪切可以有效改善脱水效果,降低滤饼水分;各阶段的剪切速度和时间需要根据不同浮选精煤粒度组成,通过试验或现场实践得到。
In order to reduce excessive water in clean coal for flotation, a self-made laboratory pressure filtration and dewatering system was used to carry out flocculation dewatering test for clean coal for flotation, and the influence of flocculant dosage, shearing rate and shearing duration of mixing of flocculant and coal slurry on dewatering effects was studied. The results showed: there was an optimal value of the flocculant dosage, the water content of the filter cake was the lowest at the time; stage shearing that involved high-speed shearing and low-speed shearing effectively reduce the water content of the filter cake; the sheafing speed and the shearing duration at each stage was obtained by test or field application according to various size composition of clean coal for flotation.
