摘要
目的探讨分析移植肾术后并发症的CT诊断。方法收集移植肾并发症患者16例,回顾性分析CT平扫及增强检查表现。结果移植肾周渗出5例;移植肾周血肿3例;移植肾内积液3例;移植肾内结石2例;移植肾破裂1例;移植肾尿瘘1例;血尿1例。结论 CT扫描对肾移植并发症具有较好的诊断及鉴别诊断价值,可为临床提供有价值的影像学依据。
Objective To discuss and analyze CT diagnosis of the complications after renal transplantation. Methods 16 pa- tients suffering from renal transplant complications were collected, plain and contrast enhanced CT findings were analyzed retrospec- tively. Results Renal allograft effusion happened in 5 cases; perirenal hematioma in 3 cases; effusion in renal allograft kidenys in 3 cases ; pyelolithiasis in 2 cases ; transplanted renal rupture in 1 case ; graft urinary fistula in 1 case ; hematuria in 1 case. Conclusion CT scanning has preferable value for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the complications of renal transplantation, and it can pro- vide valuable imaging basis for the clinical treatment.
