摘要
目的探讨乙肝病毒变异检测中基因芯片技术的临床应用价值,为临床乙肝疾病诊治提供参考依据。方法选择2014年确诊为慢性乙肝疾病的患者200例作为研究对象,使用基因芯片技术测定研究对象的血清中乙肝病毒前C区A1896、A1814以及BCP区nt1762、nt1764的变异情况,对比患者临床诊断分型、乙肝病毒DNA复制程度和血清e系统进行综合分析。结果 200例研究对象中,乙肝病毒前C区A1896、A1814、BCP区nt1762和BCP区nt1764变异阳性率分别为58.5%、13.0%、55.0%、53.0%,且随着患者病情加重,乙肝病毒的变异情况发生情况逐步增多;HBeAg(-)HBeAb(+)患者或乙肝病毒DNA定量在104-106copy/ml之间时乙肝病毒变异发生率最高.结论使用基因芯片技术检测乙肝病毒多位点变异情况对临床疾病的诊治具有一定的应用价值,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical value of the Hepatitis B virus mutation detection by the gene chip tech-nology testing,guiding the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Choosing 200 cases of patientes with the chronic hepatitis B disease for the stuy in 2014,testing the Pre-C A1896,Pre-C A1814,BCP area nt1762,BCP area nt1764 of the Hepatitis B virus mutation by the gene chip technology,comparative clinical diagnostic typing,hepatitis B virus DNA replication degree and a comprehensive analysis of serum e system.Results For the 200 cases of patientes with the chronic hepatitis B disease,the positive rate of the Pre-C A1896,Pre-C A1814,BCP area nt1762,BCP area nt1764 of the Hepatitis B virus mutation was 58.5%,13.0%,55.0% and 53.0%,and with sicker patients,variations in the inci-dence of hepatitis B virus gradually increased;the highest incidence of hepatitis B virus mutates when the patient was HBeAg(-)HBeAb(+)and HBV DNA quantitation between 104-106 copy/ml.Conclusion There is a certain value for the clinical diagnosis and treatment by the gene chip technology testing of the many point variation of hepatitis B virus, and worthy to promot.
