摘要
对某住宅楼在节能改造前的建筑节能基础水平进行摸底测试,包括冬季采暖室内外温度、围护结构外立面红外热像及供热管网水力平衡度和单位面积耗热量,将测试数据进行分析,可为新建建筑和既有建筑节能设计、改造、施工提供参考依据。
Basic energy conservation performance of a residential building was tested before energy conservation reconstruction, including indoor and outdoor heating temperature in winter, infrared thermal image on the external facade of enclosure structure, hydraulic balance of heating pipeline network and heat consumption on unit area. The test data were analyzed to provide references for energy conservation design, construction and reconstruction of new and existing building.
