X65管线钢根焊工艺中铜衬垫渗铜研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对海底管线工程用X65钢管进行了7种不同工艺条件下的焊接试验,从焊接电弧特性、焊接热输入量、错边等工艺参数方面进行比较,采用微观金相、电镜能谱扫描、激光原位分析等研究手段进行了带铜衬垫的根焊工艺渗铜研究,同时按照标准对带铜衬垫和未带铜衬垫的根焊接头进行了力学性能试验和SSCC腐蚀试验。试验结果表明,通过制定合理的焊接工艺参数是能够把铜含量限定在一定范围内,并且对力学性能、腐蚀性能无明显影响,完全满足工程施工规范要求。 Seven groups experiments were carried out to study on the influence of copper content in the root- pass welding of X65 pipeline steel with copper backing from aspects such as arc characteristic,heat input and misalignment.High performance scanning electron microscope,laser induced plasma spectroscopy,sulfide- stress- corrosion- cracking tests were used to study the content and distribution of copper,microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints and resistance to sulfide stress cracking and stress corrosion cracking in H_2S environments.The results show that the content and distribution of copper can be limited in a certain range by adopting appropriate welding parameters to control the heat input,which has no noticeable influence on the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
