摘要 对河北某金矿区矿石进行了硫脲浸金试验研究。试验分别考察了硫脲质量浓度、Fe(Ⅲ)质量浓度、浸出时间、浸出方式、p H值等条件对金浸出率的影响。其结果表明,在保证足够硫脲质量浓度的前提下,氧化剂Fe(Ⅲ)与硫脲质量浓度比是影响金浸出效果的第一要素。在Fe(Ⅲ)与硫脲质量浓度比为3.6∶50,连续浸出6 h的最佳条件下,获得了94.83%的金浸出率。 An experimental research on thiourea gold leaching process is carried out in a gold mining district inHebei Province. The experiment investigates the influence of the mass concentration of thiourea and Fe ( Ⅲ ), leachingtime ,leaching means and pH on gold leaching rate respectively. The results show that with sufficient mass concentra-tion of thiourea, the ratio of oxidant Fe ( Ⅲ) and thiourea mass concentration is the most influential factor. Under theoptimal conditions that the ratio of Fe(m) and thiourea mass concentration is 3.6:50 and the continuous leachingtime is 6 h, the gold leaching rate obtained is 94.83 %.
