摘要
建立了香蕉及土壤中吡虫啉农药残留快速检测方法。以乙腈为提取溶剂,加入无水硫酸镁后涡旋振荡,超声提取,净化后外标法测定。结果表明,吡虫啉在0.1~10.0 mg/L内线性关系良好,相关系数不小于0.999 1。在香蕉全蕉、蕉肉、土壤中3个加标水平(0.05、0.10、1.00 mg/kg)下的回收率为83.73%~94.50%,相对标准偏差为1.27%~9.06%。该方法简便、快速、准确,可以用于香蕉样品中吡虫啉农药残留的快速检测及定量分析。
A new method was developed for the determination of imidacloprid pesticide residues in banana and soil. The sam- ples were ultrasonic extracted with acetonitrile, and cleaned up by adding anhydrous magnesium sulfate and centrifugated. The quantitation was carried out by the external standard method with the blank matrix under the performed chromatographic con- ditions,and the calibration curves was linear in the range of 0.1-10.0mg/L with a correlation coefficient not less than 0.999 1. The average recoveries of imidacloprid in banana,banana pulpa,soil at three spiked levels of 0.05,0.10,1.00 mg/kg ranged from 83.73%-94.50%, and the relative standard deviations were in the range of 1.27%-9.06%. The method is simple,fast and precise,and suitable for the determination and quantification of imidacloprid residue in banana and soil.
