Security Control Technology of Large-section Cutting Hole in Conditions of Thin Bedrock and Thick Overburden Layer

摘要 在基岩厚度为20-4 0 m 、表土层厚度450 m 左右的条件下,分析薄基岩条件下的地质力学特征,确定采用锚网梁索支护技术控制大断面巷道.根据相关支护理论对支护参数进行了选择,并利用能量理论进行了验算.现场应用表明,上述支护技术的实施实现了切眼的安全施工,确保工作面支架有足够的安装空间. In the conditions of bedrock thickness at 20 ~ 40 m,and the thickness of topsoil about 450 m,geomechanical features in the conditions of thin bedrock were analysed,the combined supporting technology,including bolting with wire mesh,steel beams and anchor cable,was determined to control the large-section roadway. According to the relevant supporting theory,supporting parameters were selected,checking calculation was carried out using energy theory. Field application shows that,the implement of the above supporting technology has achieved the safety construction of cutting hole,and ensured the enough installation space for supports on working face.
