叉角厉蝽对黄野螟幼虫的捕食功能反应 被引量:31

摘要 为评估叉角厉蝽Eocanthecona furcellate对黄野螟Heortia vitessoides幼虫的控制作用,观察了叉角厉蝽的捕食行为,研究了不同虫态叉角厉蝽对黄野螟3龄及5龄幼虫的捕食功能反应、自身密度效应以及空间异质性对其捕食效能的影响。结果表明:叉角厉蝽对黄野螟幼虫的捕食功能反应符合HollingⅡ型方程,不同虫态叉角厉蝽对黄野螟幼虫攻击率大小顺序为:5龄若虫>雌成虫>3龄若虫,对3龄黄野螟幼虫理论日最大捕食量分别为21.79、15.38及12.85头。当猎物密度固定为50头/盒时,随着叉角厉蝽密度的增加,其捕食量也逐步增加,但对猎物的寻找效应则减弱,个体间存在相互干扰作用。另外,叉角厉蝽的捕食效能也因空间环境不同表现出较大的差异,空间越大,其捕食率越低。研究结果为定量评估叉角厉蝽对黄野螟的控制作用提供了基础数据,也为其田间释放应用技术提供了依据。 In order to evaluate the control effects of Eocanthecona furcellate on the larvae of Heortia vitessoides, predatory behavior of E. furcellate was observed, different densities of predator and prey were set up to estimate the predatory capacity of E. furcellate, and the effect of space scale on the predatory rate was also analyzed. The results showed that functional response of E.furcellate to the larvae of 1t. vitessoides could be described with Holling II equation. The predatory efficiency was related to its development stage, the 5th _ instar nymphs of E. furcellate had the strongest attacking ability, followed by the female adults and the 3~a - instar nymphs, their theoretical maximal daily consumption of the 3~a - instar larvae of H. vitessoides were 21.79, 15.38 and 12. 85, respectively. When the density of H. vitessoides larvae was 50 per box, the amount of H. vitessoides larvae consumed by E. furcellate was increased with the increase of predator density, however, the searching efficiency of E.furcellate were decreased gradually. The searching efficiency of E.furcellate was also affected by the space scale, the larger space, the lower searching efficiency. The results suggest that E. furcellate is an effective natural enemy to H. vitessoides larvae. This study provides essential data for evaluation the control ability of E. furcellate on H. vitessoides, and its release technique in the field.
