摘要
目的对比观察美宝创疡贴(下称创疡贴)半暴露疗法与凡士林纱布混合敏感抗生素半暴露疗法治疗面部Ⅱ度烧伤晚期残余创面的临床疗效。方法将98例患者随机分为试验组与对照组,每组49例,试验组患者创面外用创疡贴半暴露治疗;对照组患者创面外用凡士林纱布配合敏感抗生素半暴露治疗,对比观察两组患者换药疼痛程度、创面愈合时间及愈后瘢痕增生情况。结果试验组患者换药时疼痛程度较轻,创面平均愈合时间比对照组缩短5.39 d,愈后瘢痕增生率也较对照组低。结论创疡贴中的有效成分可激活表皮干细胞,促进创面愈合,且患者疼痛较轻,愈合效果良好,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing （MEBO Dressing） in semi-exposure method and Vaseline-impregnated gauze combined with sensitive antibiotics in semi-exposure method in the treatment of facial residual wounds of late-stage second-degree burns. Methods 98 patients were randomly divided into a test group （ n = 49） and a control group （ n = 49）. In the test group, patients were treated externally with the semi-exposure method of MEBO Dressing while in the control group patients were treated externally with the semi-exposure method of Vase- line-impregnated gauze combined with sensitive antibiotics. The pain degree during dressing change, wound healing time and scar hyperplasia condition after wound healing in the two groups were observed and compared. Results In the test group, the pain degree during the dressing change was milder, the mean healing time of wounds was shorter by 5.39 d and the scar hyperplasia rate was lower as compared with that in the control group. Conclusion The active ingredients con- tained in MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing can activate epidermal stem cell, promote wound healing, and relieve patients＇ pain, worthy of clinical popularization.
