摘要
文章采用固定床催化反应器对某电厂SCR脱硝反应器中运行了12 850 h、52 800 h及新板式催化剂进行动力学研究。研究结果表明:不同运行时间的催化剂脱硝效率随工况变化的趋势相似,即随温度升高均呈现先升高后降低趋势,随空速增大呈现持续下降规律,随氨氮比增加呈现出先升高后稳定的变化趋势;运行时间延长,催化剂的活性明显下降,运行52 800 h后活性失活函数式为K=18.5exp(-0.000 006 1t),在活性下降到性能保证值前,催化剂能够继续使用30 000余小时;应用Eley-Rideal模型,得到了催化剂动力学参数的变化规律,即活化能和指前因子均随着运行时间增加而增大。研究结论将对电厂催化剂管理及运行优化起到指导性作用。
With applying fixed bed catalyst chamber,the comparative analysis on apparent kinetics properties of the catalysts with different operation-time (0,12 850,52 800 hours)was made. The results show that the variation tend- ency of deNOx efficiency with change in operational conditions for the three catalysts exhibits the same : the efficiency increasing at first and decreasing subsequently with change in temperature, always decreasing with change in space velocity and increasing at first and keeping constant subsequently with change in NH3/NO;the activity of catalysts declines with the change in operation-time,the inactivation functional expression is K = 18.5exp ( -0. 000 006 1 t) after serving 52 800 hours and it is expected that the catalyst can also serve more than 30 000 hours; Based on Eley- Rideal mechanism,the apparent kinetic parameters of the three catalysts are obtained which show the tendency that the activity energy and pre-exponential factor both increase with extension of operation-time. The results could be useful for catalyst management and operational optimization in the coal-fired power plants.
