摘要
目的探讨支气管哮喘合并支气管扩张的临床诊疗效果。方法选取本院2012年1月~2014年10月入院治疗的95例支气管扩张合并哮喘患者做为研究对象,按照入院顺序随机分为观察组47例与对照组48例,对照组患者给予常规对症治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上联合激素吸入治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及治疗前后患者肺功能指标变化。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者治疗后肺功能指标变化显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论支气管扩张合并哮喘患者临床治疗过程中联合激素吸入治疗,临床效果好,肺功能恢复佳,安全有效,值得广泛推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effects of diagnosis and treatment of bronchial asthma combined bronchiectasis. Methods 95 patients with bronchiectasis combined asthma who were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2014 were selected as the research object. The patients were divided into control group with 48 cases who were treated with routine symptomatic treatment and observation group with 47 cases who were treated with routine treatment combined hormone inhalation. To compare the clinical efficacy and the changes of lung function index pre and post treatment. Results The total effective rates of patients in observation group was obvious higher than which in control group, the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The changes of lung function index after treatment in observation group was obvious better than which in control group, the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Routine treatment combined hormone inhalation in the treatment of bronchiectasis combined asthma has better clinical effect and better recovery of lung function, is safe and effective, is worthy of wide popularization and application.
