摘要
目的探讨人本原理在护士长管理中的临床效果。方法对在我院工作的80例护士相关资料进行分析,将其随机分为两组。对照组采用常规方法管理,实验组护士长管理中采用人本原理,比较两组护士长管理中的效果。结果实验组38例护士工作热情被激发,人本原理充分调动了护士的积极性和创造潜能,占95%;36例护士向心力和凝聚力得到增强,占90%;38例护士整体素质得到提高,能够自觉的遵循医院的规章制度,占95%,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组3年内护理事故、护理投诉等发生率为5%,低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人本原理在护士长管理中效果较好,能够提高护士长管理水平,充分调动护理的积极性和潜在创造性,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of this principle in nursing management.Methods 80 cases of nurses in our hospital work-related data for analysis, were randomly divided into two groups. Accident occurred in the experimental group three years nursing care complaints was 5% lower than in the control group (P〈0.05).ConclusionThe principles in the management of better nurse, nurse management can improve the level of care and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity potential, should be introduced.
