摘要
目的探讨血管造影诊断和介入治疗的共同使用对消化道出血治疗的应用价值以及临床上的推广价值。方法对2004年3~9月入住四川大学华西医院的39例确证为消化道出血的患者采用血管造影诊断,找到患者出血部位并采用针对不同出血部位的治疗。结果对39例患者检查均发现为阳性。根据患者的具体出血部位以及严重程度对其中10例注射加压素治疗,3例成功止血;对29例采用栓塞治疗,26例均手术成功。手术成功率达89.7%。结论血管造影诊断技术可以找到消化道中的出血部位,同时配合上介入治疗,很好地对消化道出血起到止血的效果,值得在临床上广泛地推广。
Objective To study the application value and the clinical popularization value of angiography diagnosis and interventional therapy in gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods39 patients who were diagnosed as gastrointestinal bleeding with angiography diagnosis to find the bleeding site in West China hospital of Sichuan university from March to September 2004 were treated according to different bleeding site.ResultsIt was found that 39 patients were all inspection of positive. According to the specific bleeding site and severity, 3 cases of bleeding were successfully stopped in 10 patients who were injected with vasopressin, 26 cases were successful operation in the other 29 patients who were treated with embolization. The success rate of operation was 89.7%. ConclusionAngiography diagnosis combined interventional therapy not only could find the bleeding site in gastrointestinal, but also has commendable effect of hemostasis in gastrointestinal bleeding, is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
