摘要
目的了解大学生对陌生人实施现场救护的意愿,分析影响大学生实施现场救护意愿的原因,探讨消除障碍的措施。方法采取自制调查表,对广西玉林师范学院在校大学生对陌生人实施现场救护的意愿与原因进行调查,采用SPSS17.0软件对调查结果进行统计分析。结果在766份有效问卷中,对陌生人表示愿意实施救护的大学生占61.4%(470/766),不愿意的占25.9%(198/766);影响大学生施救意愿的原因依次为担心自己能力不足、怕背黑锅、不敢接触病人、怕得病、与自己无关,分别占69.6%、33.6%、12.5%、5.2%、4.9%。接受过急救培训的学生和没接受过的学生在施救意愿和担心自己能力不足方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强健康教育理论教学,提高大学生急救知识和技能水平,增强施救者自信心,给予实施者相应保护是改善大学生对陌生人施救意愿的重要措施。
Objective To investigate college students＇ willingness to perform first - aid on strangers in Yulin, to analyze the factors influencing their willingness so as to explore the measures for resolving these problems. Methods Participants from Yulin Normal College were inquired randomly about their willingness to carry out first - aid on strangers by the self- designed questionnaire. And the surveyed results were statistically analyzed by SPSS 7.0 software. Results A total of 766 participants completed the questionnaire. 61.4% （470/766） claimed they would definitely perform first - aid on strangers, while 25.9% （198/766） expressed that they would not perform first- aid. The factors influencing the participants＇ unwillingness to perform first - aid were as follows： lacking in confidence about themselves （69.6%）, worrying about being a scapegoat （33.6%）, being afraid of touching patients （12.5%）, worrying about getting infected （5.2%） and thinking the first - aid offer had nothing to do with themselves （4.9%）. There were statistically significant differences in the willingness to perform first- aid and lack of confidence in their abilities between students with relevant training and those without the training （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Intensifying health education about the theory of first - aid, improving college students＇ first - aid knowledge and skills, enhanc- ing rescuers＇ confidence and providing the related protection for rescuers are important measures in promoting college students ＇ rescue willingness.
