摘要
通过查阅相关文献,论述了红景天资源分布和化学成分,综述了红景天在抗老化、抗缺氧、抗疲劳、抗抑郁、抗辐射、增强机体免疫力、调节神经系统、保护心血管系统等方面的药理作用研究进展;结合我国人口调查、疾病调查和旅游调查等相关数据,分析了红景天在老年病防治、心血管疾病预防和旅游保健等方面的应用前景,以期为红景天药理作用的深入研究以及红景天相关产品的开发利用提供科学依据。
Through a comprehensive survey of the relevant literature, this paper reveals the areas where Rhodiola rosea grows and its chemical composition, and reviews the pharmacological researches on its anti-aging, anti-hypoxia, anti-fatigue, anti-depression, anti- radiation effects and its function in enhancing the immune system, adjusting the nervous system and protecting the cardiovascular system. Based on the relevant data of China population census, disease surveys and tourism surveys, the paper analyzes the application prospect of Rhodiola rosea in the prevention and cure of age-related diseases and cardiovascular diseases as well as in tourism and health care. This study is intended to provide the scientific basis for the research on the pharmacological effects of Rhodiola rosea as well as the development and utilization of the related products.
