摘要
《公共图书馆评估指标》系列标准以《第五次全国县以上公共图书馆评估定级标准》为基础,参考借鉴国内外已有相关研究和实践成果,与国家现行政策文件及标准相衔接,紧密结合各级公共图书馆的职责,设置了一套评估指标体系及评价方法。文章围绕标准研制背景、框架结构、主要内容以及编制特点等几个方面对系列标准进行解读。
The serial standards of Public Library Assessment Indicators set up a set of assessment indicator system and assessment method based on The Fifth Assessment and Rating of Public Libraries, comprehensive study of domestic and overseas researches and practices in public library assessments, linking up with relevant policies and standards and tightly bonded with the responsibilities of public libraries. The article interprets the development background, frame structure, main contexts and development characteristic of the serial standards.
