大气污染对兰州市城关区小学生肺通气功能的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的了解兰州市大气污染对儿童肺通气功能的影响。方法于2013年9—11月采用随机整群抽样的方法,抽取兰州市1 688名3~6年级小学生为研究对象(其中城关区861名,榆中县827名),进行肺功能测定和问卷调查。结果兰州市城关区大气SO2、NO2、PM2.5、PM10日均浓度均高于榆中县,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。城关区儿童FEV1%、FEV1/FVC%均低于榆中县,肺功能异常率及阻塞性、混合性肺通气功能障碍发生率均高于榆中县,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。采用多因素logistic回归调整年龄、厨房燃料等混杂因素后,与榆中县相比,城关区学龄儿童肺功能异常及阻塞性肺通气功能障碍发生的OR值分别为1.599和2.546,且有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论兰州市城关区儿童肺功能下降与大气污染有关,主要表现为阻塞性肺通气功能障碍。 Objective In order to explore the effects of air pollution on pulmonary ventilation function of school children in Lanzhou, Gansu. Methods A total of 1 688 school children in Chengguan district (air pollution area) and Yuzhong County (control area) were chosen by random cluster sampling from September to November in 2013. These children were given lung function test and questionnaires. Results The daily average concentration of SO2, NO2, PM2.5 and PM10 were higher in Chenguan district than those of Yuzhong county, and the differences were significant. The values of FEV1% and FEVI/FVC% were decreased, the incidences of abnormal lung function, obstructive type and combined type lung functions impairment were increased in children of Chengguan district in comparison of those of Yuzhong county, respectively (P〈0.05). The results of multiple-factor logistic regression analyses displayed the valves of OR were 1.599 and 2.546 for the risk of abnormal lung function and obstructive type lung functions impairment in Chengguan district compared with Yuzhong county, respectively (P〈 0.05). Conclusion There is a relation between air pollution and the decreased lung function in Chengguan district, which displays mainly obstructive pulmonary lung deficit.
