摘要
炎症性肠病的诊断和监测主要依赖于临床表现、内镜和组织病理学及影像学检查。研究证实粪便炎症标志物可以作为内镜下诊断疾病活动性的一种替代指标。粪便钙卫蛋白是一种钙和锌结合的蛋白质,是肠道炎性细胞的直接产物,是临床上诊断和监测炎症性肠病的一种准确且非侵入性的生物标志物。文中旨在对粪便钙卫蛋白在炎症性肠病的诊断、活动性评价、临床监测及结局预测等方面的应用进展作一综述。
The diagnosis and monitoring of inflammatory bowel disease mainly depend on clinical presentation, endoscopical, histopathological and imaging findings. It has been demonstrated that fecal inflammatory biomarkers can be potential markers to replace endoscopy diagnosed disease activity. Calprotectin is a binding protein of calcium and zinc, which is mainly derived from neutrophi|s and macrophages. Calprotectin is an accurate noninvasive biomarker in diagnosing and monitoring inflammatory bowel disease in clin- ics. This paper reviews the progress of fecal calprotectin in the diagnosis, disease activity evaluation, clinical monitoring and prognosis of inflammatory bowel disease.
