摘要
目的探索宋代药物外治头痛方剂的用药特点。方法检索《中医方剂大辞典》中宋代药物外治头痛方剂,经过数据清洗建立数据集,运用SPSS Clementine 12.0软件,选用关联规则Apriori算法建立数据挖掘模型,设置最低条件支持度5%,最小规则置信度80%,最大前项数3。结果共纳入方剂44首,经鼻给药38首,经皮肤给药6首,涉及药物73味,总频数173次。经鼻给药冰片、地龙、芒硝、麝香用药频率最高,经皮肤给药大黄、酒、乌头用药频率最高;共获得17条规则。结论关联规则可以有效挖掘古代头痛外治方剂用药特点,指导现代临床用药。
Objective： To explore the prescription compatibility of headache external treatment of association rules in Song dynasty. Methods： Prescriptions of headache external treatment were searched in the Song dynasty in ＂Prescriptions Dictionary of traditional Chinese Medicine＂. Data sets were established after data cleaning,using SPSS Clementine 12.0 software, choosing association rules Apriori algorithm for establishing a data mining model, setting the minimum conditions for the support of 5 percent,the minimum rules confidence level of 80% ,the max- imum number of the preceding paragraph 3. Results： A total of 44 prescriptions were included. 38 of them were nasal administration while 6 transdermal. 73 drugs were involved and total frequency was 173. The highest fre- quency of nasal administration was borueol, earthworm, Glauber＇s salt and musk. The highest frequency of trans- dermal administration was rhubarb, alcohol and drug aconite. 17 rules were gained. Conclusion： Association rules can be effectively used to get prescription characteristics of headache external treatment and guide modern clini- cal medicine.
