摘要
悬浮烘箱是涂布设备的关键部件。以悬浮烘箱箱体为研究对象,采用Solid Works建立模型并划分流体域,使用Gambit软件进行网格划分与检查,运用Fluent进行流体仿真运算,通过对速度和压强统计量的计算评估烘箱的烘干性能;获取了烘箱箱体距离、角度对烘干性能的影响规律,研究得到了悬浮烘箱箱体的最佳倾斜角度与前端距离选取范围,为涂布设备悬浮烘干系统设计提供理论基础和参数选取方案。
It was studied that the drying performance and structural parameter of suspended drying system. Take the drying box as research object and the content are as follows: an ideal model was constructed on the base of real object in order to evaluate the effect on heated air from drying boxes with different angle and distance. Take SolidWorks to construct the model and dividing the fluid field. Mesh the model with Gambit and calculated with computational fluid dynamics method in Fluent environment. Evaluate drying system with the statistics parameters of pressure and velocity. The relationship between structural parameter and drying performance was presented and an optimization program was given. The research can give a theoretical foundation and reference in the design of suspending drying system.
