摘要
光纤地面放线收线轮与主轴之间采取过盈配合联接可保证收线轮在高速旋转时的稳定性和可靠性。首先分析主轴传动系统动态过程中的工作载荷,计算出过盈联接所需传递的合适扭矩,从而保证计算出的的最小过盈量能产生足够的摩擦阻力矩来实现做功。然后基于厚壁圆筒理论计算出过盈量的最小、最大范围,即收线轮与主轴之间不产生打滑所需的最小过盈量及满足材料屈服极限所需的最大过盈量。最后采用ANSYS workbench软件建立参数化的有限元分析模型,分析计算出不同过盈量的接触面压力和等效应力,对计算结果进行分析最终确定满足实际工况的最小、最大过盈量。
Interference fit between the wheel and spindle can ensure the stability and reliability when the take-up wheel is rotating at a high speed. At first, the working load of spindle drive system in dynamic process is analysed, to calculate the appropriate torque required to pass during the interference connection process to ensure the calculated minimum interference that it can produce enough friction torque to work. Then based on the theory of thick wall cylinder, minimum and maximum magnitude is calculated. Minimum amount of interference fit is required to make the take-up wheel and spindle not skid, maximum amount of interference fit is required to meet material yield limit. Then the theoretical calculation and finite element method are combined to verify the effectiveness of finite element model. To establish the parameterized analysis model through ANSYS Workbench software, to calculate and analyse contact pressure and equivalent stress of different interference, to determine minimum and maximum amount of interference to meet the actual condition through analysis to the calculation results.
