中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白与肾脏疾病的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(Neu-trophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin,NGAL),又名脂质运载蛋白(lipocalin)-2,属于lipocalin超家族成员之一,1993年被Kjeldsen等[1]在中性粒细胞中发现,近年来国内外研究发现NGAL与脂代谢紊乱、炎症、免疫反应、肿瘤及肾脏损害等密切相关[2,3]。现重点就NGAL与肾脏疾病的研究进展进行综述。
