摘要 文章归纳了国内外紧身装备的研究和应用现状,主要涉及的学科领域包括生理生化、生物力学、运动医学、材料学以及结构设计等。研究表明紧身装备确实对运动员力量的输出、疲劳的表现以及内在肌肉功能产生了积极的影响,但其中蕴含的机制仍需进一步探索。 In this paper, the research and application status of tight clothes at home and abroad were summarized from the aspects of physiology and biochemistry, biomechanics, sports medicine, materials science and structural design. Meanwhile a series of tight-fitting equipment does indicate output power athletes, fatigue performance and intrinsic muscle function had some positive impact, but the mechanism still need further exploration.
