摘要
探讨了高硅铝AL—22%Si合金摩托车活塞切削加工时刀具的磨损规律和工件表面粗糙度的影响;讨论了刀具材料、切削刃几何参数和切削用量对该材料切削的影响规律。结果表明:对上述参数进行合理选择能大大改善高硅铝AL—22%Si合金的切削加工性能。
The authors study the wear curve of cutting tools and the surface roughness of motorcycle pistons on hypereutectic Al-22%Si alloy,and discuss the influence of several machining factors on the machinability of hypereutectic Al -22%Si alloy, such as the materials of tools, the geometric shapes of cutting blade and the machining parameter. The results indicate the machinability of this alloy can be improved considerably by optimizing above factors.
