摘要
作为特定弱势群体的女性犯罪人,往往是不合理的社会制度、经济制度、政治制度、文化制度等的牺牲品,她们在一定程度承担了本应由国家、社会等应承担的责任。从某种意义上说,其犯罪化的过程亦是被害化的过程。因此,加强对女性犯罪人在侦查、审查起诉和审判环节的司法保护,更能彰显现代社会的文明和公正。
As a particular vulnerable groups of women, are often the unreasonable social system, economic system, political system and cultural system of victim, they in a certain extent by the state, society and other responsibilities. In a sense, the process of the crime is also the process of being murdered. Therefore, to strengthen the female criminal investigation, examination and prosecution and trial link of the judicial protection, more can reveal the civilization and justice of modern society.
