摘要
目的为了提高骨科专科护士专业化水平,探讨骨科专科护士培训模式及效果。方法便利抽样法法选取来参加上海骨科专科护士培训班的23名学员为研究对象。采用1个月集中式理论学习和2个月临床技能实践训练的全脱产式培训模式,分别通过课堂教学、分组讨论、床边查房、实际操作示教等方式实施教学,培训后采用问卷调查对培训方式、培训内容、课程安排、授课质量及教师的授课能力等多方面予以调查。结果 23名学员综合成绩得分为(82.06±10.21)分,理论成绩、操作成绩、综述汇报、个案成绩和开题报告分项目成绩分别为(78.43±13.25)、(91.35±8.45)、(73.80±12.56)、(89.62±7.82)和(71.54±8.53)分;护士培训满意度情况各条目得分均在4.40分以上;综合评价情况得分在4.70分以上。结论上海骨科专科护士培训取得良好的效果,但仍需进一步规范培训模式,以促进骨科专科护士专业化水平的提高。
Objective To further improve the professional level of orthopedic specialist nurses and discuss the orthopedic specialist nurse training mode and effect. Methods By convenience sampling, 23 student nurses were selected and training mode included 1 month of centralized theory study and 2 months of clini- cal skills practice. The teaching methods were class teaching, group discussion, bedside rounds, practical teaching and others. After the training, the questionnaires were used to evaluate the training methods, training content, curriculum arrangement, teaching quality and teachers＂ teaching ability.Results The to- tal score of 23 students was 82.06±10.21, the theory performance, operation performance, review report, case study result and the opening report points project were 78.43 ±13.25,91.35±8.45,73.80 ± 12.56, 89.62±7.82 and 71.54±8.53, respectively. Nurses＇ satisfaction levels for each dimension were all above 4.40, and the comprehensive evaluation scores were all above 4.70.Conclusion The orthopedic specialist nurse training had achieved a good effect in Shanghai, but still need further standardized to improve ortho- pedic specialist nurses professional level.
