摘要 基于CAN网络总线技术,对液压支架控制系统的总体结构、数据采集系统以及下位机控制系统组成等进行了设计与研究。确立了上位机通讯与监控要求,建立了上位机工作任务,根据串口通讯特点,设定了数据传输方式。基于液压试验台,对控制系统中的总线数据传输进行了实验测试,结果表明,伺服阀线性控制特性良好,CAN网络总线轮询周期与计算值一致,精度满足控制要求。 According to CAN network bus technology, the overall structure of the hydraulic support control system, data acquisition system and the lower computer control system composition are designed and researched. The upper computer communication and monitoring requirements are verified, and the mission of function is established. The data transmission style is set by serial communication characteristics. Based on the hydraulic test bench, the bus data transmission of the control system is tested, and the results show that the polling cycles of CAN bus network are within the scope of the permit, which meets the control requirements.
